Setting up your business branding

How to add your logo, brand colour, and business details so your quotes and invoices look professional.

3 min read

Your branding is applied to every quote and invoice you send. Setting it up once means every document you produce looks consistent and professional.

What you can customise

  • Business name
  • Logo — uploaded as an image, shown on all documents
  • Brand colour — used as the accent colour on quotes and invoices
  • Contact phone and email
  • Business address
  • Tax ID or VAT number (optional)
  • Currency
  • Tax rate (e.g. 20% VAT)
  • Payment instructions — shown on invoices to tell clients how to pay

Where to find it

Go to Settings in the sidebar. Your business details, currency and tax rate are under Business profile, your logo and brand colour under Branding, and how customers pay you under Payment instructions. Changes show on your quotes and invoices straight away.

Tips for a professional look

  • Use a square or circular logo — it fits best in the document header
  • Pick a brand colour that matches your business (your website, van livery, etc.)
  • Fill in your payment instructions so clients know exactly how to pay you

To see your branding on a real page, open a quote in Paper view: your logo, details and brand colour sit at the top, with an "Edit in Settings" link beside them.
